Application Guide

Combine 20 kg of block joining mortar with 5-6 litres of clean water.
Gradually add the dry mortar into the water while stirring.
Mix thoroughly by hand or with a slow-speed electric mixer to make the consistency smooth and lump-free.
Allow the mixture to rest for 2-3 minutes to activate the polymers, then stir again before use.
Make sure the blocks are clean and completely dry before applying the mortar.
Spread a uniform 3-4 mm layer of mortar on the block surface using a trowel.
Firmly press the next block into place, maintaining proper spacing between joints.
Fill the gaps with mortar using a thin-bed trowel for a secure bond.
Continuously check with a plumb to ensure the wall remains straight and properly aligned.
