Saffrokol™ SAFFRO EX Adhesive is a type of adhesive specially made for natural stones, installing vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles,Suitable for Interior and Exterior Application. The polymer-modified formula of this adhesive provides strong bonding and the performance that lasts for a long time. Its suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With a smooth texture, better adhesion, and sag resistance, it’s the best for walls, floors, and even wet areas.

Application Area

  • Ideal for fixing ceramic, Vitrified Tiles, Heavy Tiles, and Large Format Tiles.

Mixing & Application Guide:

  • Use 5 to 6 litres of potable water for 20kg of adhesive.
  • Add the dry adhesive to the mentioned amount of water in a clean mixing container
  • Use a low-speed electric mixer (below 500 rpm) to blend the mixture until it’s smooth and free of lumps.
  • Mix for about 2-3 minutes until the color and texture are even.
  • Let the mixture sit for 4-5 minutes to mature, but don’t stir it during this time.
  • Before applying, give it a quick 15-second remix. Be careful not to over-mix, as this can create air bubbles.
  • The surface should be even, well-cured, dry, and free from contaminants before applying it.
  • Pre-wet highly absorbent concrete with clean water before final application.
