Application Guide

• Base concrete should have minimum cement content of 300 kg/m³
• Assess concrete surface: Allow bleed water to evaporate or remove carefully without disturbing surface
• Apply when concrete has stiffened (3-7mm footprint impression)
• First application: Broadcast 50-70% of material evenly over surface, then float immediately with wooden float or trowel
• Second application: Apply remaining 30-50% of material evenly, then float again
• Final finishing: Use power trowel when floor has stiffened sufficiently to close surface pores and ensure smooth, dense finish
• Edge treatment: Carefully trim and finish slab edges, especially where adjoining pours expected
• Do NOT sprinkle water onto surface after application
• Monitor surface setting closely as floor may stiffen more quickly than standard concrete
• Cure immediately using membrane, polythene sheeting, clean water or approved curing compound

• Clean spills immediately to maintain appearance
• Routine maintenance: Use rotary brushes, mechanical scrubbers, pressure washers or vacuum systems with suitable detergents
