Saffroflow GP2

Saffroflow GP-2 is a high-performance, ready-to-use, non-shrink cementitious grout designed for precision grouting applications that demand excellent strength, dimensional stability, and durability.

It is formulated from high-grade Portland cement, graded fillers, and chemical additives that enable controlled expansion in the plastic state while minimizing water demand. Once mixed with water, it forms a free-flowing grout suitable for gap thicknesses up to 100 mm, ensuring full contact with load-bearing surfaces and reliable performance under static and dynamic loads.

Application Guide:

  • Clean concrete of oil, dust, loose particles, and weak surfaces.
  • Blow out holes with clean air and pre-soak surface with water, then remove excess.
  • Clean base plates thoroughly and provide vent holes for air escape.
  • Grease all removable shims and any contact surfaces for easy removal.
  • Use rigid, leak-proof formwork with sealed joints to avoid grout loss.
  • Provide flush-out points and close large gaps with sand-cement mortar if needed.
  • Ensure formwork gaps do not exceed 150 mm on the pour side and 50 mm opposite.
  • Use a high-shear mixer (or hand drill for ≤50 kg batches) for uniform mixing.
  • Add 3.75 L of water per 25 kg bag and mix continuously for 5 minutes.
  • Pour grout continuously from one side only to prevent air entrapment.
