Saffroflow GP1

Saffroflow GP-1 is a ready-to-use, general-purpose, non-shrink cementitious grout formulated to provide high fluidity, controlled expansion, and long-term dimensional stability.

It requires only the addition of water at the site to produce a free-flowing grout suitable for a wide range of precision grouting applications. Based on high-quality cement, graded fillers, and performance-enhancing additives, Saffroflow GP-1 ensures excellent load transfer, early strength gain, and durability under static loading conditions.

Application Instructions



Surface Prep

  • Clean concrete of oil, dust, and loose material.
  • Remove weak areas; clean holes with air.
  • Pre-soak with water, then remove excess.
  • Clean base plate; add vent holes.
  • Grease removable shims.

Formwork

  • Use rigid, sealed formwork; seal joints.
  • Include flush points; use sand-cement mortar if needed.
  • Limit gaps: ≤150 mm (pour side), ≤50 mm (opposite).

Mixing & Placing

  • Use high-shear mixer (or drill for ≤50 kg).
  • Add 3.75 L water per 25 kg bag. Mix 5 mins.
  • Pour continuously from one side only.
